About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Sewing Machinist with experience sewing stretch fabrics, elastics, zippers, and multi-layered garments. As an experienced Sewing Machinist,



you will be responsible for producing high-quality products to specification, ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality across every garment.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven sewing experience in a commercial or as a sample machinist in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise sewing stretch fabrics, elastics, zippers and multi-layered garments.
- Proficiency operating industrial sewing machines, overlocker, plain sewing, flatlocker and twin-needle machines.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, materials, sewing techniques and garment construction.
- Ability to interpret sewing patterns, follow measurements and detailed specifications, and consistently produce garments to a high standard of quality and finish.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated with quality workmanship and the ability to meet production deadlines.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable with practical, hands‑on work.
- A friendly attitude and the ability to work well within a small production team.
