We're looking for a creative, commercially minded E-commerce & Marketing Executive to own our social content, online store and campaign delivery. Working directly with our co-founder, you'll have the trust and space to bring ideas, manage your work and see it through. You'll shape how we show up online, from the reel that starts a conversation to the email or product page that helps someone find the right support.

Key responsibilities

Own our social channels and content calendar, from planning and creation through to publishing, community engagement and reporting

Create, shoot and edit short-form video, photography, graphics and copy, balancing product education, women's health conversations, customer stories and campaigns

Coordinate creator collaborations, gifting and user-generated content, and organise shoots with external creative partners when required

Manage the marketing calendar and bring product launches, promotions and campaigns to life across email, website and social

Write, build and schedule Klaviyo campaigns, maintain customer segments and improve automated flows

Manage Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages and website content

Keep product information, imagery and sizing guidance compelling, accurate and easy to shop

Identify and implement improvements that support conversion, average order value and repeat purchases

Manage day-to-day Meta advertising activity in collaboration with our advertising partners, including campaign coordination, creative testing, budget monitoring and performance reviews

About you

A few years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for brand social channels and content creation





Experience managing social channels and personally creating content, particularly short-form video

Solid copywriting skills and a good eye for design and brand consistency

Practical Shopify experience and confidence updating an online store

Experience delivering email campaigns and automated flows, ideally in Klaviyo

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, creative testing and campaign reporting

Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities

Comfort using data to understand results and recommend what to try next

An interest in women's health and communicating thoughtfully with customers

We’re passionate about opening up discussions about women’s health, especially the concerns women can feel uncomfortable talking about. Through our products, content and community, we want women to feel informed, understood and supported. Our products combine technical compression with considered design to provide practical support for women's health concerns. We sell directly to customers online, alongside a growing network of retailers, clinics and health practitioners. We're a small, ambitious team with products we're proud of and plenty of ideas for what comes next.
