Early Settler in Australia is seeking a passionate Store Support Leader to join our store. In this hands-on role you’ll step in when the Store Manager is away, support the ASM, and keep the team, customers and store running at their best.

You’ll drive KPIs, lead initiatives, and ensure the store is welcoming, protected, and visually inspiring. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of retail leadership and a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
