At Community Collective Australia, based in the heart of the Gold Coast, you'll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face‑to‑face residential and B2B sales campaigns.

No previous sales experience? No worries.

We provide structured training, ongoing coaching and support from leaders who started in the same position you're applying for.

Whether you're coming from hospitality, retail, fitness,

What's Included

- Full-time employment with a guaranteed base salary + Super

- Uncapped commissions and performance‑based bonuses

- First-year OTE of $70K–$120K+

- Monday-to‑Friday work, with optional Saturdays

- Full training provided — no experience necessary
