Jabalbina Yalanji Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC is seeking a practical Team Leader to guide our frontline STEP Program team, delivering culturally protected youth support for young people on bail.

Reporting to the STEP Operations/Practice Manager, you will supervise Intake/Rapid Response and Youth Work staff, coordinate referrals and casework, and ensure accurate records while upholding community and cultural obligations.
