Deliver practical, compliant and responsive support across the employee lifecycle in a supportive workplace. The role supports managers with day-to-day matters, handles core HR operational processes, maintains HR systems, contributes to workforce initiatives and escalates complex or high-risk issues.
Hours are 22.8 per week with days and hours/day to be determined with the successful candidate.
About you
Degree qualification in human resources or employment relations
Two years' relevant generalist HR experience, including exposure to employee relations, recruitment and HR administration
Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments and associated compliance obligations including due process
Additional requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Evidence of current Influenza Vaccination
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination and booster
