The Opportunity
Duttons Adelaide Hills is a proud family-owned automotive business with more than 75 years of history, representing Volkswagen, Subaru, GWM and Isuzu UTE, together with a growing Used Vehicle operation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the Service Department.
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction, retention and service experience outcomes.
Lead, coach and mentor Service Advisors, Technicians, Apprentices and support staff.
Monitor and improve workshop productivity, efficiency and performance.
Ensure manufacturer standards are achieved across Volkswagen, Subaru,
GWM and Isuzu UTE brands.
Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, profitability and reporting.
Support the continued growth of the Used Vehicle reconditioning operation.
About You
Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior automotive leadership role.
Robust record of delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Exceptional leadership and people-development skills.
Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
