This is a short-term locum opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist at a regional hospital in NSW. The role is ideal for pharmacists with hospital experience who are confident working independently across wards within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities
Deliver clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, and rehabilitation wards.
Conduct medication reconciliations, clinical reviews, and discharge counselling to support safe and effective patient care.
Assist with patient admissions, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds, working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams.
Contribute to daily pharmacy operations and quality patient care initiatives.
About you
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
Previous experience working in an Australian hospital pharmacy setting, whether public or private.
Ability to work autonomously in ward-based clinical environments.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and patient-centred approach.
Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.
Return travel included, with flights or fuel reimbursement covered.
Full-time hours in a supportive hospital workplace.
8-12 week contract with the possibility of extension.
