About You
- Current AHPRA Registration as an RN
- Current CPR Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive and patient-focused attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- General Practice Nursing experience
- Nurse Immuniser qualification
- Experience with Health Assessments and Care Plans
- Chronic Disease Management experience
