Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Estimator who enjoys being part of a team, has a great attitude and is keen to continue developing their career.

Ideally, you'll have:

- A commercially minded, proactive approach to estimating, with the curiosity to dig deeper, challenge costs, negotiate competitive pricing and identify smarter solutions.

- Experience in estimating, preferably within commercial fit-out, refurbishment or general construction.

- Good numerical skills, attention to detail and a practical understanding of construction.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Experience using Cubit, CostX, Bluebeam or similar would be advantageous.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and genuinely wants to become part of a great team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced construction team, you'll be involved in much more than simply preparing estimates. We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoys digging deeper to find the best solutions.

You'll assist with take-offs, tender submissions and subcontractor pricing, while developing your ability to challenge costs, negotiate with suppliers and identify smarter, more competitive ways to deliver projects.

It's a outstanding opportunity to build your technical and commercial skills, take on greater responsibility as you develop and contribute to winning some fantastic commercial projects.
