UGL is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our national Industrial Relations team in Brisbane. You will provide expert advice across enterprise bargaining, compliance and workforce planning while partnering with operational leaders and senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the National Industrial Relations Manager, you will lead negotiations, manage disputes, and deliver training to leaders, supporting growth opportunities and tender responses.
