A rapidly expanding financial services firm & an excellent brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them on an initial four month contract.

They are a high-touch, low volume recruitment team, focused on being a genuine partner to the business, building strong relationships and having a consultative approach.

You are:

Ideally youcome from agency and have experience in tech recruitment but with the desire & ability to work a diverse portfolio of roles.

You'll thrivein a supportive, high-performing and fast-paced team, have a flexible approach and be skilled in candidate sourcing & management and client relationships.

The role:

This TA Specialist role will see you acting as a genuine partner to the business where you have real & visible impact.

Your agency experience means you can context-switch easily and be able to work a diverse range of roles when required (though the focus will be tech).

The role involves not onlysourcing the right talent & managing them through the process, but also building relationships with hiring managers and driving outcomes.

They are:

A big brand within financial services with a great reputation in market for hiring the best and really looking after their people.

With awesome CBD offices and amazing city views, they are in office twice a week.

They are going through a period of growth, so although this contract is four months, there are possibilities for a longer term engagament.
