Expertech is currently looking for an experienced IT Program Lead to take ownership of a major technology integration following the acquisition of a business by a global energy organisation. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for leading the integration end to end, from planning and governance through to execution. You will establish the integration roadmap, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear progress updates to senior client executives. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, based in Melbourne, with an ASAP start. Essential Skills and experience include proven experience leading IT integration for at least one merger or acquisition, solid consulting background with client-facing experience, ability to develop and execute complex IT integration plans and roadmaps, governance, risk management and dependency tracking, stakeholder management with senior executives, and ability to coordinate multiple technical work streams.
