As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Commercial & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding practice.
The Role
This role offers the chance to work across both commercial advisory and dispute resolution matters. You’ll be entrusted with managing files independently, while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex cases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on commercial contracts, structuring, and compliance
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements
- Managing and resolving commercial disputes, including litigation and mediation
- Handling shareholder, partnership,
and director-related disputes
- Representing clients in debt recovery, injunctive relief, and enforcement proceedings
- Appearing in state and federal jurisdictions where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Admitted solicitor with at least 3 years post-admission experience
- Solid experience in both commercial advisory and litigation
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills and robust attention to detail
- Ability to manage files autonomously and deliver practical legal solutions
- Excellent client communication and relationship management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proactive, organised, self-motivated and a genuine team player
