Kinesis Healthcare is seeking a physiotherapist to join our newly opened Werribee Harpley clinic and help build it into something special. You'll work alongside exercise physiology, psychology and dietetics in the same building, delivering clinical care across a varied caseload including musculoskeletal, post-operative, older adults, chronic conditions and complex presentations. You'll assess, prescribe and supervise clients in our on-site Longevity Gym, run community programs, and work across private, Medicare CDM, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and DVA clients.

Key responsibilities

Assess, diagnose and treat a varied caseload in clinic, in the gym and via home visits where required

Develop evidence-based treatment plans with clear goals, timeframes and outcome measures

Prescribe and progress exercise programs, including transition into the Longevity Gym

Deliver post-operative and orthopaedic rehabilitation in line with surgeon protocols

Use validated outcome measures at initial assessment, review and discharge

Run or co-run community classes such as GLA:D, falls prevention, strength and balance, cancer rehab and Parkinson's

Complete Longevity Gym intake assessments and write individual programs

Supervise members and the allied health assistant during staffed gym sessions





Complete clinical notes to professional and AHPRA standards within 24 hours of each consultation

Write reports and correspondence for GPs, specialists, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and DVA, meeting each scheme's requirements and deadlines

About you

Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

General registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist

Current professional indemnity insurance

Current Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain before starting)

National Police Check

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle for home visits and offsite work

Right to work in Australia

Solid exercise prescription skills and a belief in active rehabilitation

We're led by a director with over 18 years of clinical experience across private practice, community care and older adult rehab. We take the long view on patient care: time to assess properly, treat thoroughly and see people actually get better. Our Harpley clinic opened in September 2026 and features an in office Longevity Gym built for people managing medical conditions, training under allied health supervision.
