Barwon Asset Solutions (BAS) is seeking a Deputy Company Secretary & Legal Counsel to lead board secretariat functions, govern governance frameworks, and provide practical legal advice across contracts, compliance and regulatory matters. You will work closely with Barwon Water and senior stakeholders to ensure timely boards papers and decisive governance decisions.

You will bring a legal degree, eligibility to practise in Victoria, and extensive governance experience.
