Smartways Logistics in Sydney is seeking a Team Leader for Life Science – Customer Operations to lead the Life Science team, monitor critical shipments and ensure compliant, cost-effective packaging solutions. You will balance hands-on work with developing the team as it grows.

You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and sit on the Leadership Team, steering end-to-end operations and ongoing process improvements.
