Hi-Tec Oils in Sydney is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Smithfield office on a permanent, full time basis. The role supports the sales team with orders, invoicing and customer communications, and provides day-to-day admin across the business.

You will handle data entry, pricing and documentation, coordinate with warehousing and transport, and help keep ERP/CRM records accurate while delivering excellent service to customers.
