Unity Building Management and Concierge – West Melbourne VIC

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Building Manager with daily building operations and administration
- Assist residents and contractors from the Concierge desk
- Coordinate and schedule contractors, maintenance and planned works
- Manage resident and contractor communications regarding building works, outages and access requirements
- Monitor outstanding maintenance items and follow up contractors through to completion
- Assist with contractor access, inductions, keys and onsite requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas and building facilities
- Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and other resident bookings
- Maintain accurate building records, reports and maintenance documentation
- Assist with incident reporting and operational follow-ups
- Support the Concierge team with building-related enquiries and issues
- Escalate faults, incidents and urgent matters to the Building Manager as required

About You

You will be well suited to this role if you are organised,



reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy residential setting. Previous experience in building management, facilities, property, hotels, residential concierge or a similar operational role would be highly regarded.

You will also have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence dealing with residents, contractors and service providers
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to day-to-day building issues
- A professional presentation and customer-service mindset
