Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift DC Coordinator to lead the Lidcombe distribution centre team on the afternoon shift. You will drive safe, efficient order picking, dispatch and stock control while meeting schedule targets.
Reporting to the DC Manager, you will manage 10–20 staff, coach performance, and implement improvements in a fast-paced DC environment. A hands-on leader with solid safety and problem-solving skills is essential.
