For Purpose Aged Care is opening a brand-new 180-bed residence in South Bunbury and seeks an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join on a permanent part-time weekend basis (Saturdays and Sundays).

You will lead a diverse care team, support commissioning activities, mentor staff and help implement robust clinical care systems to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
