We're seeking an Operations Manager to assist us in building, refining, and executing internal processes throughout the business. You'll be responsible for developing, organising and operating the internal workflows that support our creative work and team. The successful candidate can look forward to joining a young, passionate, tight-knit team of talented team players who excel at what they do.

This is a energetic role, best suited to someone who is exceptionally organised and looking for responsibility, growth and tangible influence across a breadth of functions within a small, scaling brand. The role will be based from our Enmore studio.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, improve and execute internal processes across a range of operational functions within a scaling business

Coordinate the monthly release of new class dates and timetables

Oversee booking processes for Wedding Band Classes and Group / Private / Corporate workshops

Develop training and support operational systems





Conduct check-ins with studio managers, team leads and workshop teachers to improve operational efficiency

Refine and assist the administration of staff hiring, onboarding and training systems

Administer and update teaching rosters routinely

Administer and refine feedback systems with teachers

Help administer fortnightly payroll

Reconcile monthly receipts

About you

A minimum of 2 years experience developing, implementing, improving and executing internal processes within a scaling business across a range of operational functions

A minimum of 1 years experience in developing and implementing internal processes within scaling businesses

Proactive attitude and exceptional organisation skills
