Uniting is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Home Care in Western Sydney. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, assess needs, plan care, perform clinical interventions and monitor health in clients’ homes.

Work closely with families, carers and the care team to support independence, dignity and quality of life. We seek AHPRA-registered nurses with aged care/community nursing insight, solid communication skills, and a valid Australian driver licence with access to an insured vehicle.
