About the Role

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Insights Lead to join our Group Technology team in Adelaide.

This newly established role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of business intelligence and insights solutions that support informed decision-making across our diverse global operations.

Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Insights team, establishing consistent business intelligence practices and ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure and meaningful data insights.

Combining technical expertise, strategic thinking and people leadership, you will help shape how Kelsian transforms complex data into accessible, actionable information that supports operational performance and business outcomes.

You will work closely with business leaders, technology professionals and embedded data teams to strengthen reporting capabilities, develop common standards and drive greater value from Kelsian's data and analytics investments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Business Intelligence Strategy & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence architecture, frameworks and standards aligned with Kelsian's Group Data Strategy and broader technology objective
- Insights & Analytics Delivery: Oversee the design, development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisations that deliver accurate, accessible and meaningful business insights.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop the Insights team, fostering a team-oriented,



high-performing environment focused on technical excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Governance & Data Quality: Establish and maintain consistent development standards, common data definitions, documentation and quality assurance practices across business intelligence solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the reliability, security, performance and ongoing improvement of business intelligence platforms and services, including service delivery, incident management and recovery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, technology teams and embedded analytics professionals to understand operational priorities, align reporting requirements and promote consistent business intelligence practices.
- Project & Resource Management: Prioritise and coordinate insights initiatives, manage resources and oversee delivery in accordance with established governance, project management and budget requirements.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen analytics capabilities, optimise technology investments and support the evolving needs of the organisation.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Demonstrated experience leading business intelligence, insights or analytics teams, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop technical professionals.

Strong technical knowledge of business intelligence architecture, analytics platforms, dashboard development and data visualisation methodologies.
