Silverchain is seeking a Care Worker to support aged care clients at home in Redbank and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, household tasks and community transport to help clients stay independent and secure.

Applicants should have at least 3 months of relevant experience, a valid Australian Driver's Licence with a roadworthy vehicle, and be comfortable with medications, mobility and daily routines in a home setting.
