National Training Manager (Automotive/OEM)

This is a National Training Manager role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives across sales, product, dealer networks, and aftersales. You will oversee end-to-end training frameworks, manage training budgets and resources, lead content development and delivery, and ensure training effectiveness across employees and dealers.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the national training strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives, sales plans, product launches, dealer network strategy and customer experience standards
- Design and oversee an end-to-end training framework covering onboarding, role-based capability development and ongoing refresher training across employees and dealers
- Establish and maintain training governance, policies, processes and standards to ensure consistency, quality and scalability
- Develop and manage the annual national training plan, including priorities, timelines, delivery models, and resourcing
- Prepare, manage and control the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of internal and external resources
- Lead the design, development, localisation and continuous improvement of training content across Sales, Product, Dealer Network, and Aftersales
- Act as a primary trainer, delivering training via face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning formats
- Work closely with dealer principals, dealer management teams,



and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and capability gaps
- Own and manage all training administration and reporting, including the use of the Geely Learning Management System
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all training activities associated with new vehicle launches

About you

- Experience in training strategy development and governance
- Demonstrated capability in training content design, development and delivery
- Experience managing training budgets and external training providers
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training effectiveness measurement
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety, company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
