The role

This role supports the end-to-end franchise lifecycle, including franchisee recruitment, agreement preparation, renewals, engagement, issueresolutionand compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, prospective franchisees, existing franchisees, legal,financeand operations teams to ensure franchise processes are well-managed, commerciallysoundand compliant.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, particularly the ability to understand financial performance, Income & Expense mechanics, BalanceSheetsand the financial implications of franchise decisions.

Key responsibilities:





Managing and supporting franchisee recruitment processes

Preparing and coordinating franchise agreements and renewal documentation

Conducting face-to-face interviews and presentations with prospective franchisees

Supporting engagement activities, documenting issues, resolving matters whereappropriateand escalating complex or high-risk cases

Compliance tracking, reporting, process improvement and governance across recruitment, agreements,renewalsand franchisee engagement

What’sin your toolkit?

The successful applicant will needstrong communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, confidence in presenting to prospective franchisees, sound understanding of contracts, and the ability to work with sensitive commercial information in a structured and professional manner.

Franchise experience is not essential, but the candidate must be confident interpreting business financials, reviewing contractual documentation and explaining commercial concepts clearly.

As part of the broader Franchise team, the role will collaborate with colleagues based across Australia, working in an agile environment that supports flexibility,responsivenessand cross-functional teamwork.

The teamoperatesunder a hybrid working model, with team members expected to work from the office three days per week to support collaboration, stakeholderengagementand effective delivery of franchise lifecycle activities.
