BHP is seeking an experienced Superintendent Draglines & Dozers at Goonyella Riverside Mine in Queensland. You will lead a high-performing team, champion safety and drive operational excellence across dragline and dozer fleets on a 5/2 roster with adaptable arrangements.
You will partner with planning, engineering and maintenance to optimise fleet performance, manage the budget and deliver cost and production improvements in line with the site business plan.
