Ink Recruitment Pty Ltd in Melbourne CBD is assisting a fintech to hire a Senior Legal Counsel (Financial Services) to provide practical, commercial legal support across the business. This role reports to the executive team and is the go-to partner for a broad range of matters.

You will handle client/partner/supplier agreements, regulatory advice on financial services, AML/CTF, privacy and consumer law, and contribute to governance and ASIC filings.
