About the Role
As a Cleaning Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and professional environments across Defence facilities.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning office spaces and work areas
- Maintaining common areas and amenities
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Waste removal and replenishment of consumables
- Ensuring facilities are presented to a high standard
Training and Security Clearance
- Successful candidates will undertake approximately one month of training at our other Defence sites, including Gallipoli Barracks, while obtaining their Baseline Security Clearance.
- Travel assistance may be available for employees required to travel to Gallipoli Barracks during this initial training period.
- Upon successful completion of training and clearance requirements, employees will transition to their permanent Brisbane CBD location.
- Working Hours : Day shift rosters with occasional opportunities to support after-hours cleaning requirements based on operational needs.

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
