The opportunity

As Project Architect, you'll lead a small project team and own significant social housing and multi-residential projects, from design development through documentation and tender. You'll work closely with internal colleagues and external consultants to keep projects coordinated, technically sound, and delivered to a high standard. This is a genuinely hands‑on delivery role.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Leading projects through design development,



construction documentation and tender
- Coordinating consultants and providing technical leadership
- Managing project timelines and delivery milestones
- Helping drive projects from town planning through to delivery
- Attending sites across Melbourne, with occasional interstate travel

What you'll bring

- Experience as a Project Architect
- Local experience within the accommodation sector (multi-residential, or social/affordable housing)
- Strong, hands‑on delivery experience, from design development through to tender and construction documentation
- A track record coordinating consultants and leading small teams
- Confidence managing demanding timelines and sensitive client environments
