Warrumbungle Shire Council is seeking an experienced Building Certifier to join our Planning and Regulation team on a part time basis for up to three months. The role covers building assessments, inspections, compliance matters and providing customer advice to ensure development across the Shire is safe and compliant.
The successful candidate will assess certificate applications, conduct inspections, prepare reports and recommendations, and support our Trainee Building Certifier.
