This is a hybrid role. You’ll spend a portion of your week on the front desk (welcoming patients, answering phones, managing the book and taking payments) a the portion of your week coordinating treatment: walking patients through their plans, fees and finance options, and following them up to booking.

There are two ways in:

You’re an experienced dental receptionist or Front Office Coordinator who wants to step into treatment coordination. We’ll train you in our proven patient journey.

You’re an experienced Patient or Treatment Coordinator who enjoys being hands-on at the front desk too, and wants to be rewarded for results.

What you’ll do

Front office

Welcome every patient in person and on the phone, and make them feel looked after

Manage bookings,



confirmations and the day’s schedule so the clinic runs on time

Handle payments, health fund claims and enquiries

Meet patients after their consultation and explain their treatment plan, fees and finance options

Follow up and book patients in, owning their journey from consult to treatment day

Track your conversion numbers weekly, with coaching from our Patient Coordinator lead and Directors
