About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Managing appointment bookings and recalls
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Medicare and EFTPOS processing
- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Supporting doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
- General administration and reception duties
- Assisting with recalls, reminders and preventative health programs

- Knowledge of Medicare billing
