Bra Fitter / Retail Assiant (Casual 20Hrs, path to Permanent)

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing boutique, where service is personal and authentic. You'll be trained in our approach to bra fitting, which is personal, honest and built around listening, so every client feels heard, understood and properly looked after. As a small business, we're a close-knit team, and every role includes some admin to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy variety, take initiative and want to be part of building something, you'll love it here. The role starts as casual, 20 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday roster, with extra hours during busier periods. Saturdays are essential. For the right person, there's a clear path to a permanent position of 30+ hours.

Key responsibilities

Provide expert bra fittings and create a positive, empowering experience

Build genuine, lasting relationships

Handle POS transactions and till reconciliations

Process deliveries, merchandise new styles and keep the boutique looking beautiful

Help with computer admin, inventory management and customer emails

About you

At least 2-3 years retail sales experience, ideally in lingerie, fashion or another one-on-one setting

A positive, caring nature and a natural,



authentic sales style

Professional bra fitting experience is highly regarded, but strong sales experience is just as valued

Robust computer skills and confidence learning new systems (POS, Shopify, email, Microsoft Office)

A proactive, flexible attitude and happiness to pitch in wherever needed

Confidence and discretion working closely with women of all ages, shapes and sizes

Reliability, with Saturday availability
