Health and Aged Care Professionals in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Scrub Practitioner / Registered Nurse to join the foundation team of a new ophthalmic hospital. This role remains clinically hands-on while contributing to leadership, mentoring and quality improvement in theatre practice.

You will work part time, collaborating with senior clinical leadership to support high-level clinical and technical care within the operating theatre and across the ophthalmic surgical journey.
