CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking a Senior Direct Support Worker to oversee, coordinate and provide support to individuals accessing housing of their choice. The role promotes independence and helps clients build supports to participate in the community.

You will guide Direct Support Workers on shifts, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality service delivery across Ballina and surrounding areas. A solid leader with care-plan familiarity is essential.
