The role

Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs,



maintenance and trades

Conducting routine inspections and managing property condition reports

Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and vacancy management

Handling tenancy matters and resolving issues professionally

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation

Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in residential property management

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, as applicable to your role

Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills

Confidence managing competing priorities and challenging conversations

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to great customer service

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a team
