We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or cadet Sales Consultant to join our new and used vehicle crew.
About the Role:
As a sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our dealership.
- Meeting and greeting customers and understand their vehicle needs
- Providing vehicle information and helping customers find the right vehicle
- Negotiating sales and working towards monthly sales targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Following up leads and maintaining solid customer relationship
- Providing a high level of post-sale service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong motivation to learn new vehicle product knowledge, achieve targets and deliver results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
- The ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Availability to work weekends
- A current driver's licence with manual transmission capability
