Phoenix Source & Select is expanding its national recruitment team in Melbourne's Clayton office, offering an entry-level resourcer role that provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will advertise roles, screen candidates, support consultants, manage onboarding and compliance, and coordinate interviews in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with training provided; recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
