ISS Defence is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at RAAF Base Pearce, Bullsbrook WA. You will oversee daily cooking, menu planning, staff mentoring and ensure high standards of food quality, safety and service in a Defence workplace.

The role requires strong leadership, HACCP knowledge and excellent stakeholder communication to drive a cohesive, efficient and compliant kitchen team. A Defence context experience is highly regarded.
