Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Docklands, VIC, is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to take carriage of a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or hearing. This is a full time, 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.

You will report to the Principal Lawyer and be responsible for drafting pleadings, affidavits and court briefs, negotiating with insurers, and progressing matters in Magistrates' Court, with genuine carriage of files from day one.
