Past/Port is our South-East Asian dining two levels up at The Waterside Hotel, on the corner King and Flinders St. Executive Chef Sarah Chan leads a vibrant lunch service built on her Kuching roots and years across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia - including a laksa so personal it only shows up at lunch.

We are after waitstaff who know how to run a section, can read a room and know how to make good service a outstanding time.
