Wellways is seeking a Youth Residential Recovery Support Worker for a casual role based out of Warrnambool, VIC. You will help young people aged 16–24 develop independent living skills, support education or employment goals, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

You will conduct face-to-face support, foster skilled relationships, and link participants to a range of Wellways services to support social inclusion and goal achievement.
