We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a major cloud migration and functional uplift program at one of Australia's leading logistics organisations.

- Daily Rate: Up to $1,000 per day (initial 6-month contract)

- Program: Cloud migration and functional uplift across Digital & Transport Management Systems
- Leadership: Take full ownership of end-to-end testing delivery, leading and mentoring testing teams
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the test strategy across unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
- Own the test plan, schedule, and traceability matrix, aligned with program milestones.
- Define entry/exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management processes.
- Drive preparation of test scenarios, scripts, test data, and environments in collaboration with SMEs and functional leads.
- Oversee defect triage and resolution, ensuring timely prioritisation and closure.
- Deliver regular test reporting with progress, risks, and quality metrics to governance forums.
- Support go‑live readiness through production validation, business verification, and HyperCare planning.
Technical skills & experience
- 15+ years of testing experience, including 10+ years as a Test Manager on complex programs.
- Proven experience in Australian enterprise environments (non-government & non-banking sectors).
- Robust background in cloud migration and enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to deliver in fast‑paced and complex environments.
