What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the daily operations of the Parts Department
- Driving parts sales across service, trade and retail customers
- Managing inventory control, stock ordering and warehousing
- Building strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, suppliers and customers
- Coaching and developing Parts Apprentices and Interpreters
- Ensuring efficient parts availability to support workshop productivity
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in Automotive Parts Management or Parts Interpretation within a dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent inventory and stock control experience
- Solid mechanical understanding across multiple makes and models
- A customer-focused mindset with solid stakeholder engagement
- Current Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
- Mazda or OEM dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
