Key Responsibilities

- Develop a range of diverse customers through building and maintaining strong relationships and influencing key partners.
- Manage your own territory autonomously day to day, supported by an experienced management team and maintaining close contact with peers.
- Use category insights to increase share of space in‑store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf.
- Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
- Ensure effective coverage of your entire store network.
- Receive and use tools such as an iPad and a fully maintained company car to support success.
- Participate in a comprehensive induction and training program.

Qualifications & Requirements

- A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
- Recent completion or expected completion of a Bachelor’s degree (or within the next 6 months).
- Passionate, energetic and a self‑starter who takes initiative.
- Genuine interest in business operations and ability to influence and negotiate with key partners.
- Ability to inspire others and lead from the front.
