- Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements and industry practices.

THE ROLE

Based in Canning Vale, you will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of NPI, Electrical, Mechanical, and fuel infrastructure projects across Northern WA sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets are met.
- Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and variation management.
- Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering, Civil or related discipline
- Current Construction White Card and Australian Driver Licence
