The Salvation Army’s Employment Plus team is seeking an Employment Consultant to support outcomes for people with disabilities, injuries or health conditions in North West Tasmania, including Burnie and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver personalised, relationship‑driven support, resume coaching and job search guidance in a cooperative, caring environment.
You’ll work within the IEA program, with a smaller caseload, strong supervision and access to full training.
