The Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing retail marketing initiatives that strengthen Richmond Rolling Solutions' store network, improve product visibility and drive sales growth. The role focuses on practical, sales-driven marketing activities, including retail merchandising, point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional programs, trade campaigns and new product launches. Working closely with the commercial sales team, product management and external reseller partners, the coordinator ensures marketing resources are delivered efficiently, promotional activities are executed consistently, and Richmond products are effectively presented across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the development and implementation of retail merchandising programs across RRS outlets
- Develop and maintain product display concepts, merchandising guides, signage and promotional displays
- Develop marketing resources that help resellers promote and sell Richmond Rolling Solutions products
- Coordinate the design, production and distribution of POS materials
- Plan and coordinate quarterly retail and trade promotional campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities for current products and product range extensions
- Maintain a forward marketing calendar covering campaigns,



product launches, trade promotions and retail activities
- Manage marketing materials and expenditure within approved budgets
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress, merchandising activity and launch performance
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and sales team effectiveness

About you

- Experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, merchandising or marketing coordination
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A practical, commercially focused approach to marketing
- Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers or reseller networks (desirable)
- Understanding of retail merchandising, POS production and trade promotions (desirable)
- Experience coordinating new product launches (desirable)
